How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be ready to ship within 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) from the order date. Shipping time is additional and depends on shipping method chosen (standard or express) and the distance between our studio (Milwaukee, WI, USA) and the destination address. We include estimated shipping and delivery dates in our order confirmation email.
Is express shipping a rush order service?
No, we don't offer a rush service. Express shipping is an expedited shipping method based on the ship date not the order date. Express shipping to US addresses is 1-2 business days from the ship date. Express shipping to other countries is generally 3-5 business days from ship date. Regardless of shipping method, your order will be ready to ship within 5-7 business days from the order date.
How soon can you ship my order?
If your order is time sensitive, please contact us prior to ordering with the city, state or country, postal code, and the date you need it delivered. We'll let you know if we're able to make and ship your order for estimated delivery by the date you need it.
Is this a digital print? Can you enlarge or decrease the size of the location I want?
No, our maps are not digital prints that can be enlarged or decreased. We hand-cut each location from real maps and atlases. If you order Paris, France with Tiny Town, USA, Paris will be bigger than Tiny Town. When picking maps to use for your order, I focus on finding the nicest printed maps at a good scale for the shape and size of the design.
Can I see a map of the location(s) I want before ordering?
We do not offer previews before ordering or artwork proofs. Please refer to our product photos for an idea of how a finished piece will look. We do send a photo of your finished order before packing it for shipping. Occasionally, we may send it after shipping during peak busy times like Mother's Day and Christmas.
Can you tell me if there will customs and/or import taxes for my order in the country it's shipping to?
Unfortunately, we do not have access to this kind of information. Payment of customs fees or import taxes in delivery country is the buyer's or recipient's responsibility. We are not authorized to collect and remit customs fees or import taxes for any country nor do we know when, why, or in which countries they may be imposed. We are not responsible for orders returned to us or marked as "unable to deliver" due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes.
