FREE SHIPPING OFFER
Enjoy free standard shipping (U.S. addresses only) with a minimum $75 USD order. Free shipping is valid for only one shipping address per order. If your order contains multiple shipping addresses, each additional address will incur a shipping fee based on shipping method selected at checkout.
U.S. SHIPPING
Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail with tracking As of April 17, USPS extended USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business day delivery to 3-4 business day delivery: postalpro.usps.com/node/8016 Most orders are delivered within the USPS estimated delivery window, but USPS is expected to continue to have delays through the end of 2020.
Express Shipping: USPS Priority Mail Express with tracking At this time, the USPS website states that they are still honoring their 1-2 day delivery estimate for Priority Express.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship international orders by USPS Priority Mail International or DHL Express. Both services include tracking.
DELIVERY DATE ESTIMATES
We do not guarantee delivery date estimates. The estimates are provided by the shipper and delayed deliveries are beyond our control. If your order is time sensitive and the standard shipping delivery estimate doesn't allow time for possible delay of a few days, you may want to choose express shipping.
OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to be completely delighted with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us (see below) within 7 days of confirmed delivery date for an exchange or refund. Exchange or refund amount includes the price paid for the item and sales tax. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Include your order number, phone number, and details about what you would like in exchange (ex: silver instead of bronze necklace).
- Please wait for our reply before shipping your item back to us.
